We provide the services to our customer under our terms. And also do not give the guarantee on any of our hosting services.

Backup and Data loss :
Your use of this service is at your sole risk. we have not given any guarantee of the data loss on any critical situation at our server. Backup service is provided to you as a courtesy. Reseller99 is not responsible for files and/or data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on our Dedicated Server, VPS (Virtual Private Server) and shared server. For the reseller customer, we will provide the support only and the reseller customer only take care of the all the backup of their customers. Using a shared account as a backup/storage device is not permitted. Do not keep backups on the server of your websites or installation scripts.

SPAM and Unsolicited Commercial E-mail (UCE) or Bulk Email :
Reseller99.com takes a zero-tolerance approach to the sending of SPAM or any Unsolicited Commercial E-mail (UCE) over our network. We will take very quick action against if any customer will send SPAM and Unsolicited Commercial E-mail (UCE). We will immediately terminate the account also we charge severe penalties.
On sending SPAM and Unsolicited Commercial E-mail (UCE) or Bulk Email, we will charge more than Rs 5000.00 or more.

Our Support Boundaries :
We provide online technical support to our all direct customers. We limit our technical support to our area of expertise. We support the technical issue related to server side and not from the coding side.

Server resources Usage (Such as CPU/Memory/etc.) :
At our shared hosting abuse of the system, resources are prohibited. First, we will send a clear warning. Second or third violations may result in an immediate termination of your account.

Bandwidth and Disk Usage :
Customer agrees that bandwidth and disk usage shall not exceed the number of megabytes per month for the Services ordered by Customer on the Order Form. The disk specs are not permitting to use as file browsing. The disk spaces are using only for a script file and related to your website. Access to upload Images and any video(Not More than 512 MB) has not permitted at our any of shared server. For this facility, the customer can take our VPS or dedicated server plan.

Illegal Activity caused your website or order will terminate :
Hosting of files or other data that infringes on another’s copyright or other intellectual property rights. SPAM and Unsolicited Commercial E-mail (UCE) or Bulk Email sending.Spamming, or sending of bulk unsolicited email. We maintain a strict policy on spamming, which includes the sending of unauthorized commercial messages by use of our services, or by maintaining an open SMTP connection.
Uploading or linking to any content that violates another’s right of publicity or privacy. Distributing hate speech, or any other content that is obscene, abusing, which could be considered libelous and defamatory.
Hosting, storing, or distributing child pornography or any porn data, If any such content is found and brought to our attention. Shared Hosting Packages are not to be used as a backup service. All stored files that reside on your account must be directly related to your web site. Archiving MP3, video, images or backups is prohibited on shared hosting packages.
If any of our customer involves in the above mentioned Illegal Activity, we will immediate terminate the account without sending any pre notice.

For Dedicated & VPS Hosting Refund Policy :
At Reseller99 all the payments are non refundable for all our Dedicated & VPS hosting services if the customer does not reply the purpose of use of our server. Customer must be giving the clarification for the purpose of use of our dedicated server and VPS hosting services. So customer should need to read our complete terms and conditions before giving order.

Order Cancellation [Terms money-back guarantee] :
As we explain in this paragraph, Reseller99.com offer you 30 days money-back guarantee on all shared hosting plans if you want to cancel your order within 30 days then you need to send an email and confirm us over the phone after sending an email for cancellation. Without receiving an email for cancellation of order Reseller99 does not consider and do not cancel the order. So customer should necessary to send an Email before 30 days of order placing date. Please note, Dedicated plans and the VPS Plan are not eligible for the money-back guarantee. And here is how our cancellation policy works. It is very simple. If you cancel your account within 30 days of first signing up, we will provide you with a full refund excluding any setup fees that were charged when you signed up, and be excluding domain registration fees. The only way to cancel your account is by submitting information and sending the email to our Email [email protected] and after sending the email also phone to our sales Numbers which has displaying on our websites, Upon completion of this cancellation process, your account will be terminated immediately. We are consider once we have received your email with phone call. We have not consider your cancellation on failure of the any media cause that we have not received the email or phone call.
If we register a domain name for you as part of your hosting package with us, and you decide that you want to cancel your account during the first 30 days, then we will deduct the cost of the domain name from the money we refund you. Domains are NOT eligible for a refund. If you cancel your account after the first 30 days have passed, or after your account is renewed then, unfortunately, we will not be able to issue any refunds.

Also if your hosting account has the free domain name and you cancel the service then the charges of Free Domain will be deducted from the refund amount.The accounts violating the company policies will not be entertained for money back policy.
